In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, efficient diagnostics, maintenance, and services to our valued customers. Working both independently and as part of a team, your expertise will ensure minimal downtime for our equipment and maximum satisfaction for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostics, fault finding, and mechanical assessments of equipment

• Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance on a range of mobile machinery

• Deliver high-quality workmanship that enhances the overall customer experience

• Accurately complete service reports and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

• Provide support to customers on-site as needed

• Work collaboratively within the team while maintaining the ability to operate independently

What We’re Looking For:

• A trade-qualified technician (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or similar)

• Proven experience working with earthmoving or construction equipment

• Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• A commitment to safety and following company procedures
