Job Description
We’re expanding our team and are looking for three experienced and motivated Workshop Service Mechanics to join our Horningsea Park branch.

This is a workshop‑based role, focused on the build, fit‑out, and preparation of new equipment, with minimal site work required.
About the Role
Working in our New Builds team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment is built, prepared, and delivered to the highest standard. You’ll work both independently and alongside a skilled team to deliver safe, reliable machinery ready for customer use.
What You’ll Be Doing
Carry out mechanical assembly, fit‑outs, and commissioning of new equipment
Perform diagnostics, fault finding, and mechanical assessments as required
Complete servicing and pre‑delivery inspections to ensure equipment meets quality standards
Deliver high‑quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
Accurately complete job cards, service reports, and documentation
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
Work collaboratively within the workshop while managing your own tasks effectively
What We’re Looking For
Trade‑qualified technician (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or similar, or Auto Electrician with mechanical experience)
Experience with earthmoving, construction, or mobile plant equipment
Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
A proactive, reliable work ethic with good time‑management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
