CEA is growing and we're seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our busy workshop team in Horningsea Park. This is a workshop-based role where you'll work on a diverse range of construction and earthmoving equipment, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and equipment preparation.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers' equipment operating at peak performance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Performing servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of construction and earthmoving equipment
Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting
Completing machine inspections and pre-delivery preparation
Ensuring equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest standards
Accurately completing job cards, service reports and maintenance documentation
Following company procedures, safety standards and quality requirements
Working independently while also contributing to a collaborative workshop team
Identifying opportunities to improve reliability and minimise equipment downtime
About You
We're looking for motivated technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a professional team environment.
You'll bring:
Trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology, Diesel Fitting, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, or similar
Experience working on earthmoving, construction or mobile plant equipment
Strong mechanical, hydraulic and fault-finding skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
