Job Description

Are you an experienced workshop leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people, improving productivity, and delivering exceptional service outcomes?

CEA is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy workshop team in Darra. This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified professional to step into a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in driving workshop performance, mentoring technicians and apprentices, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of servicing, repairs and warranty work.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily workshop operations, managing workflow, and supporting your team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

As Workshop Supervisor, you'll be at the centre of workshop operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring and supporting workshop technicians and apprentices
  • Allocating work and managing daily workshop workflow
  • Monitoring productivity, including hours quoted versus hours worked
  • Providing hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting support
  • Raising and managing repair orders, quotes and purchase orders
  • Coordinating with Parts and Service Administration to maximise efficiency
  • Ensuring warranty requirements and processes are accurately followed
  • Maintaining a safe, organised and productive workshop environment
  • Supporting apprentice development and skills progression
  • Driving compliance with WHS requirements, company policies and procedures
  • Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction

About You

  • Previous experience leading or supervising workshop teams
