Are you an experienced Parts Salesperson or Parts Interpreter who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
At CEA, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for a motivated Parts Salesperson to join our friendly and supportive team in Horningsea Park. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your parts knowledge and customer service skills in a role where your contribution genuinely makes a difference every day.
You'll be a key part of our operation, ensuring customers, technicians and sales teams have the right parts, at the right time, to keep equipment moving and minimise downtime.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same in this dynamic role. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing parts orders, pricing and supplier purchases
Assisting customers over the phone, via email and at the counter
Identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer requirements
Managing incoming stock, receipting and branch transfers
Supporting workshop and sales teams with parts enquiries
Maintaining accurate inventory records and system updates
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Parts Salesperson or Parts Interpreter (essential)
Strong customer service and communication skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
