We are looking for an organised and customer‑focused Sales Administrator / Receptionist to join our team based in Darra. This role suits someone who enjoys a busy front‑of‑house environment, supports a sales team behind the scenes, and can juggle changing priorities with confidence.
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for customers while providing high‑quality administrative support to the sales team. This is a fast‑paced role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and flexibility in day‑to‑day tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Front‑of‑house reception and customer enquiries
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
- Sales administration and accurate data entry
- Preparing quotes, orders and sales documentation
- Supporting the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
