Job Description

Are you interested in machinery, strive for great customer service, and ready to kick-start a career? CEA is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Salesperson Trainee to join our team in Wingfield!

About the Role

As a Parts Salesperson Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of retail and wholesale replacement parts operations – from customer service and sales to warehousing and logistics. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a solid foundation in the industry, with full support and on-the-job training provided.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting customers with parts orders, in-store and over the phone

  • Processing quotes, invoices, and requests for the Parts Department

  • Updating and maintaining branch parts displays

  • Using the JCB electronic cataloguing system to ensure accurate parts orders

  • Picking, packing, and organising delivery of customer and workshop orders

  • Unloading deliveries, checking stock, and managing inventory

  • Keeping dispatch and receiving records accurate and up to date

  • Supporting warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organisation

  • Entering data in Reynolds and Reynolds system

  • Ensuring OH&S and quality procedures are followed

  • Participating in regular stocktakes

What You’ll Need:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Excellent customer service and phone manner

  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, parts, or sales environment (preferred)

  • Forklift licence (desirable)
