About the Role
CEA is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution of our compact equipment range! This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you'll build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver results all while promoting the CEA brand and values.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets within your assigned territory
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives
Identify and onboard new customers, while nurturing relationships with existing clients
Manage the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to machine delivery
Collaborate with Brand Managers to support campaigns and promotions
Promote used equipment alongside new sales
Conduct product demonstrations and attend industry trade shows and exhibitions
Provide accurate sales reporting and input on market trends
Support tender submissions and customer database updates
Deliver exceptional after-sales service in partnership with support teams
Use CRM tools to document all activity, feedback, and customer communication
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Proven success in territory management and achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of the construction equipment market and competitor pricing
Confidence in cold calling and new client acquisition
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach
Ability to implement strategic sales initiatives and report on business performance
Familiarity with CRM systems and electronic sales platforms
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality customer experience
