Job Description

About the Role
CEA is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution of our compact equipment range! This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you'll build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver results all while promoting the CEA brand and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets within your assigned territory

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives

  • Identify and onboard new customers, while nurturing relationships with existing clients

  • Manage the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to machine delivery

  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to support campaigns and promotions

  • Promote used equipment alongside new sales

  • Conduct product demonstrations and attend industry trade shows and exhibitions

  • Provide accurate sales reporting and input on market trends

  • Support tender submissions and customer database updates

  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service in partnership with support teams

  • Use CRM tools to document all activity, feedback, and customer communication

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Proven success in territory management and achieving sales targets

  • Strong understanding of the construction equipment market and competitor pricing

  • Confidence in cold calling and new client acquisition

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach

  • Ability to implement strategic sales initiatives and report on business performance

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and electronic sales platforms

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality customer experience
