About the Role
Join our National Warranty Team at CEA, where you'll play a key role in supporting our extensive product range, CEA branches, and dealer network across Australia. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the National Warranty Team

Process dealer credits and warranty claim invoices

Manage extended warranty claims and machine registrations

Liaise with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) regarding warranty issues

Finalise completed job records accurately and efficiently

Ensure systems and databases are consistently updated and maintained
What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communicator across various platforms – phone, email, and in-person

Intermediate computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Familiarity with workplace health and safety (OHS) principles
-
Experience in warranty processing or a service department is highly regarded but not essential
