About the Role:
CEA is seeking a motivated and technically skilled National Parts Brand Specialist to join our team located in Darra. In this dynamic role, you will be a key support contact for both our retail branch network and direct customers, providing expert advice, quotations, and order processing across our full range of OEM products.
This role plays a crucial part in driving parts sales performance through product knowledge, customer support, and proactive engagement strategies. You’ll support both the retail and wholesale sides of the business, contributing to product launches, critical spare parts planning, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Support retail branches with parts interpretation, quoting, and sales assistance

Work directly with key account customers to recommend spare parts holdings and schedule replacements

Use telematics data and customer insights to proactively promote maintenance parts

Help assess and maintain optimal critical spares stock levels

Identify sales growth opportunities through product campaigns and seasonal promotions

Represent and uphold CEA’s RIPPA values in all interactions

Complete relevant training on OEM and CEA systems and products
Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in parts interpretation and sales

Proficient in Microsoft Office, OEM online portals, ERA, and MDS
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and phone-based customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and rapport with customers

Technically experienced in full OEM product range

Able to work independently and manage time effectively
