About the Role
Reporting to the GM – People & Culture, you’ll be the key HR contact for our NSW, while also supporting branches nationally. Based at our Horningsea Park branch, you will drive operational excellence by aligning HR strategies with business goals. This is a hands-on role providing expert advice and practical support across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, onboarding, safety, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective HR advice to management and employees
Lead and resolve employee relations matters, including grievances and investigations
Interpret awards and industrial instruments, ensuring compliance across the business
Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning activities
Partner with managers to deliver performance management and development initiatives
Drive employee engagement, WHS practices, and compliance with RIPPA values
Coordinate remuneration reviews and benchmarking processes
Maintain HRIS accuracy and personnel records
Support the rollout of national HR systems and initiatives
Travel required to other branches across Australia
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a comparable industry
Strong understanding of employment law, awards, and WHS legislation
Proven experience handling complex employee relations and investigations
High-level written and verbal communication skills
Confident in using HRIS and data to drive decisions
A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping people and businesses thrive
Ability to travel regularly across multiple sites nationally
