CEA is seeking a driven and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at our Perth Airport branch. This is a key leadership role where you'll manage our parts department operations across WA, drive performance, and ensure excellent service delivery to customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department — from inventory and team management to customer engagement and strategic growth. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our parts operations run efficiently and align with our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow parts sales

Manage daily operations and team performance across the State

Maintain stock levels and oversee ordering processes

Lead, train, and support the parts team to ensure high productivity

Liaise with freight companies, dealers, and customers

Collaborate with Sales and Service teams on new machinery, servicing, and repairs

Manage department budgeting and financial performance

Prepare monthly reports for the National Parts & Inventory Manager

Ensure compliance with all company policies and OH&S standards

Contribute to recruitment, training, and safety planning
