As a trusted name in the heavy equipment, construction, and agricultural machinery sectors, we supply and service industries critical to Australia’s infrastructure and economic development. We are reshaping how we work, serve our customers, and connect the value chain from OEMs through distribution to aftermarket support.
About the Role:
As our Group IT Systems & Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and guiding the delivery of technology solutions that underpin our digital transformation. You will work with stakeholders across the business to shape fit-for-purpose architectures that solve complex operational and customer challenges.

From wholesale operations to retail branches and dealer networks, this is your opportunity to contribute to impactful technology outcomes across diverse channels.
What You Will Bring:
Industry & Domain Expertise: Experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, automotive, mining services, or adjacent sectors. Exposure to the dealer/distributor model in B2B and B2C channels is highly desirable.
Value Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the complete value chain—from supply and distribution to sales and service lifecycle management—to design solutions that support core business operations.
Technology & Architecture Skills: Demonstrated success in architecting and integrating solutions across enterprise systems including ERP, asset, sales, parts, and service management platforms, and IoT-based telemetry and diagnostics solutions.
Customer Engagement Solutions: Expertise in shaping customer-facing platforms such as self-service portals, online parts ordering, service booking, and account management systems to enhance customer experience and dealer enablement.
Integration Leadership: Proficiency in API-first integration and modernising legacy environments to ensure seamless interoperability between applications.
Program and Project-Level Architecture: Ability to design and govern solutions at the program/project level—working closely with delivery teams to ensure fit-for-purpose designs that meet enterprise standards.
Collaboration and Influence: Strong relationship-building skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders, influencing project outcomes and driving solution adoption.
