About the Role

CEA is a rapidly  growing construction Equipment  business committed to providing top-tier service to our customers. To keep up with our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Salesperson to join our team based in Horningsea Park.

This role is crucial in ensuring both external and internal customers are supplied with the right parts quickly and efficiently, all while delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Process all branch parts orders, including pricing, opening of new parts on the computerised system and placement of orders to overseas and local suppliers
  • Answer telephone queries relating to parts orders
  • Receipt incoming parts orders, branch transfers & external suppliers
  • Greet customers at the counter and answer their parts queries and place orders
  • Provide staff with a parts technical assistance and general support 
  • Provide assistance to the Sales Department
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant WHSEQ

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a parts salesperson/interpreter position essential 
  • Customer service focus
  • Ability to present a professional, friendly and approachable image
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Organised and time management efficient
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment 
  • Enthusiastic in solving customers parts concerns and issues that are presented
