Due to continued growth, CEA is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at our Wingfield location. In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently servicing and repairing both new and used equipment in our workshop and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery for repairs, maintenance, and servicing
- Perform major services on-site and in the field
- Complete repairs and services in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- Service machinery under warranty
Skills & Experience:
- Accredited trade qualification in a relevant industry
- Experience with earthmoving and construction machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Efficient in servicing and repairs
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
