Job Description

About the Role

A challenging, varied and rewarding role suited to a well organised person who enjoys providing sales and admin support. 

You will be responsible for reviewing and processing sales documents to effectively maintain and enhance customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and processing documentation/machine invoices submitted by State Branches
  • Auditing sales documentation to ensure adherence to Company policies
  • Responsible for daily reporting to update Management Team on invoicing status
  • Handling data entry and maintaining financial records for cost overruns and underruns on machines/equipment’s sold
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding payments made by customers
  • Assist with month end and year end accounting processes
  • Assist with administration and other ad hoc financial tasks

Role Requirements:

  • A keen interest in accounting and finance
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to liaise effectively with customers and State Branches
  • Experience with double entry accounting
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and confidence with numbers
  • Ability to follow all company policies
