ABOUT THE ROLE
A challenging, varied and rewarding role suited to a well organised person who enjoys providing sales and admin support.
You will be responsible for providing administration assistance to the sales team throughout the sales process to effectively maintain and enhance customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Service, Parts and other Sales Administrators
- Administer paperwork in relation to branch sales
- Administer all paperwork required for machine invoicing
- Assist with end of month process for machine deliveries
- Compile reports from the various business units within the branch weekly, monthly, etc.
- Assist Service and Parts in debtor recovery
- Assist Purchasing Managers and Inventory Managers as required
- Preparation of dealer warranty credit notes
- Maintaining YTD & Total history of machine sales
Role Requirements:
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to liaise effectively with customers and Dealers
- Experience with double entry accounting
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and confidence with numbers
- Ability to follow all company policies
